Sunday service

As we're currently unable to meet in person due to COVID 19, our elders have been taking turns to record their sermons at home and post them to our YouTube channel.

Here the most recent sermon, and you can view all of our previous ones here.

Our main meeting is on a Sunday at 10:30 am to 12:00 midday, in the Linden Centre, Huntly, where we are committed to teaching God's word in an accessible way to adults and children.

We have toys to occupy under 3’s in the service or a play space for parents if they want to go out with the rest of the children.

At the beginning of our service, the worship team leads us in a few hymns; some contemporary but with a lot of old favorites as well. We have a children's talk or activity, because our children are so important to us as a church family. After this, the children and youth go out to Sunday School.

Next, we have a bible reading followed by a sermon given by one of our elders, or occasionally by a guest speaker. Finally, we have one more song and then finish with a quick prayer.

Before and after the service, we have tea, coffee, and a range of biscuits (with some gluten-free options available), when we enjoy catching up and getting to know new members of our congregation.

We share communion on the first Sunday of each month, and a Fellowship Lunch after the service on the third.

Huntly Christian Fellowship is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in Scotland with charity number SC048452
